@Realty_MIA @SecretaryTurner What’s the first thing you pay when you can barely make it? Rent is my guess. Utilities is most likely the last thing you pay. With that said, utilities as an alternative credit would only make one’s credit score be worse, not better. The opposite being a homeowner.
