@buzzandhum @thomasbeagle I think (but could be wrong) that you would need 60% support to entrench a provision to 60%. Labour+Greens is 75 MPs, about 62.5% of the House.

@thomasbeagle Not many governments have the support of 60%+ of Parliament to be able to entrench laws in this way. I don't see many future governments being able to do it even if they wanted to!
