1) start a local newsletter for a city/area

2) content: every Thursday, the best things happening this week. events, new restaurants, local news

3) collect email + SMS on signup

4) do high ticket affiliate marketing like dental, solar, home security and moving - where every conversion pays $100-500+

5) use email for content and volume. use SMS for generating clicks for offers.
