@RBS_Help how come the #currys option in rewards trade up disappears when you reach £100? According to your call centre Currys isn’t available but it is on others and your website.

@greg_ashman New head. Pulled me out of an English lesson a couple of weeks into term to tell me he was advertising my job, but I was free to apply for it. Then asked if I was okay to go back in to my lesson and walked off.
