@stonbank No, there’s an aftersales helpline, call forest ticket office, 1 for tickets then 1 and 2 when you get passed through to ticketmaster

@RuthEdwardsMP my dad is clinically extremely vulnerable, received an incorrect letter so wasn’t able to book his jab. When can he expect this to be resolved? Obviously we want it doing ASAP!
