@citizentvkenya @TrevorOmbija I agree with wakili Nyamori. The entire parliament as an institution should oversight the other arms of government. Minority and majority are tags used within parliament. They don't mean being in opposition or anything.

The president's party may actually be a minority in parliament (1992, 2007, etc). He is using a parliamentary system to explain a presidential system

@citizentvkenya @AyubAbdikadir Does Njoki know why that type of examination is called CROSS? Cross-examination is not examination-in-chief or re-examination. Speaker Kingi is a lawyer, and he wouldn't allow a witness to be bullied in the process.

@citizentvkenya @AyubAbdikadir Njoki should be well informed. You only appeal when you have a problem with the decision, not when you are questioning the conduct of the judicial officer. To claim that Mutuse was bullied is far-fetched. Mutuse is a lawyer who knows how cross-examination is done.
