@cromaretail @CromaSupport few months back I purchased a Croma AC from Lucknow. Remote of that AC isn't working so filed a complaint 10days back. No response no one visited or called us. I don't know what's the problem with this Lucknow CC. Everytime i've to write here for help.

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@Sharekhan none of your landlines are working. Im trying to speak to my RM. Mobile he cant answer and landlines aren't working, how am I suppose to connect with him? This is really frustrating.

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@Sharekhan Yes thank you so much.

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@cromaretail Thank you @cromaretail @CromaSupport for resolving issues. It took 15 days but yes its done without any problem. 🙏

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@cromaretail The guy assigned had called in the afternoon that he's coming now he just called and said its getting late won't be able to make it. I dont know who's this survice provider in Lucknow but its worst experience i ever had.

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@cromaretail How much time do you need? Its been 3 days and no update. If its not possible atleast let me know. But this is ridiculous. @cromaretail @CromaSupport @TataCompanies

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@cromaretail No one came or even called...whats happening I've no clue. What's the point taki g Croma AC if I've to go out for repairing. This is really frustrating. We trust Croma over any other brand and this is what we get.

[Abhinav Chaturvedi @officialabhinav]

@vikasgreenbeach @CromaSupport @cromaretail @TataCompanies @TCLGlobal That's the problem with these cheap products. They lure you to buy and then no service or good customer care. Pathetic customer service.

@shalabhmani ji, Great to hear the demolition news. This was a long-pending matter, and U truly made the impossible possible.
I live in Mumbai, my father Sh. Kamal Nayan Chaturvedi, shared this news with me.
Finally, justice though delayed has not been denied to Sh. Ramnagina ji.
