@Bookingcom I paid for 3 nights at Concept Hotel & Spa (Nişantaşı) & was put in staff quarters: sewage smell, broken door, no heating, filthy bathroom. When I complained, I was shouted at.
As a Black guest, this felt discriminatory. I have video/photo evidence. @bookies really 💔

@bookingcom @bookingcom I actually have video evidence of them shouting at me after I raised a complaint. People accessing my personal information is the least of my worries after having they shout at me in public. I was helped by strangers. @SeeRacists @AntiRacismDay
