@reelfactsglobal @ko_fights__ One look at your profile, you seem like some kind of celebrity stan.
Sad to see. You knwo Ritchon doesnt care about you? Neither does any celebrity or moviestar.
@PanicGamer@9mmsmg If you are dropping weight it is because you are consuming less energy than you consume, ie calories.
If you lose weight with your steak, butter and egg diet( LOL) it is because with it you are eating less calories.
Laws of physics do not lie, lunatics on the internet do
@JLC009009@muscleforlife@drterrysimpson Its not biologically impossible to accurately count calories...
No one is debating that semaglutide helps alot, it clearly does. But you CAN produce those results without it, it just takes more knowledge, dicispline etc.
It can be DONE, law of thermodynamics applies.
@MsMelChen@PhiloOfNYC Seen this point alot with the clothes.. But isnt a bit pretentious and performative too? I am so much richer and have so much status, I can dress like a slob.
@anattaji@DCinvestor I dont think anyone here is suggesting he will go to prison, or its evidence of him doing something illegal. What is clear is he know what epstein was up to, and was cool with it, so theres that. A scumbag, basically. Do with that what you will
@rgigger I think you are fighting windmills in this context, I dont think Mike is the guy you are describing. You are projecting. You have no way of deducing that from his post. GLP1s are fantastic, and should be celebrated. Will help countless of people.
@Valan_Luca963@muscleforlife Stop bullshitting online, GLP1s have been around for ages, and was approved for diabetes 20 years ago.
The data is in, it is safe, wich is evidently very provocing for alot of people.
@Valan_Luca963@muscleforlife Yes there IS, its been used for a long time for diabetics, we already KNOW the long term side effects.
Some people are so triggered by GLP1s...
YEah im all aboard CICO and ive used it myself, but you cant deny GLP1s have produced amazing results, on a population level.
@SarahT_1993@ArdentWilds@webdevMason Yeah, all good explanations. I think its frankly the access to very pallatable calorie dense foods.
Generally, people are bad at estimating their energy intake, even in studies, unless their food is controlled 24/7 too.
@ree1dist@muscleforlife LOL; "brain didnt let hem?" My brain wants to eat fries and snickers for lunch, I did so in my twenties, got fat. Read up on nutrition, am fit now. My and my brain still love fries and snickers though, but I eat it in moderation.
@adammichaelwood@muscleforlife Plenty of factors, a lack of knowledge, mental health problems, but mostly because it is easy to eat calorie dense food, and our culture somewhat encourages it.
I have been fat, and am now fit, and everything has improved, way before GLP1.
@SarahT_1993@ArdentWilds@webdevMason But 50 years ago, virtually no one was overweight, has our DNA changed, or is it the food, food culture and choices that have? Leptin levels may vary, but there is still an element of choice in there.
Some people eat like garbage, but not that many calories in total.
