Given the market for software engineers moved up ~30% the past 12 months, any company not doing an exceptional raises risks losing people *just* by those people checking out the job market.

We get a higher proportion of traffic on our blog from search engines like @DuckDuckGo, @Neeva , and @Ecosia than Google by the user numbers. I think it's great anecdotal proof that they're doing a better job finding non-spammy, non-advertisey content than Google is.
