Have tried getting in contact three times now. Each time the wait time was over four hours and obviously each time I missed it when answered. Currently trying text chat, it said wait time was 1hr 20 mins. Currently 2hrs 10 mins and no reply yet.
@EE I would like a PAC code. The web service isn’t working, text message won’t give me one and current estimated wait time to speak to customer services is 5 hours and 10 minutes. I have been trying since 8am this morning. It’s impossible to leave - this needs @Ofcom attention.
