@robertburns73 Have you seen Daithi O’ hAinle, former cooperation architect, manifesto for the relocation of the capital to Tara, featured here by Doireann Ni Ghrioghair

@ccferrie Where you have a family with 2 parents & 2 children living in a ‘rural area’, rarely would they each work & attend school in the same town.
Also there should be equivalent help to buy tax incentives for first time buyers to buy & retrofit existing houses
🏝 Accessible Beaches ♿️
A campaign in North #Wexford to make our beaches more accessible is being led by Matthew McGrath.
I strongly support it and believe we should have a national strategy to make our beaches more accessible to all users.

Chuffed we’ve received over 800 signatures on our #petition. Would you believe not one beach in the 20km strip from Castletown to Cahore is wheelchair accessible? @AlanMcGrath16 and I are hoping to charge that https://t.co/fiASKAjwE5
We're delighted to be showing many people around all of these @dubcitycouncil buildings and places for this year's @iafarchitecture#OpenHouseDublin Weekend Oct 15-17 https://t.co/ChNGDfl8ws
@Emmett_Scanlon @ownohmanny Ellen Rowley provided us with this info recently for a Simms presentation to city architect colleagues. I think there was a team of approx 15 that included trainee architects, draftspeople & quantity surveyors
@Emmett_Scanlon I don’t believe it! I used to play in music sessions there on Thursday nights while on a gap year in 2008. So many fond memories & friends from there
@EleanorLGunn @dr_aisling_od @RachAnnFagan @doula_ie@MidwivesIreland Affordability of consultation for tongue tie release was also something that crossed my mind. We paid 350e privately recently forour newborn. Is this available publicly & how long is the waiting list? It is best done as early as possible.
@sineadredmond 100%, well said! And pools should not be seen as a profit making enterprise, they serve a much much greater value than this. They Should be considered public infrastructure
“Strong, active labour and go to the delivery suit” There is something very victim shaming about this language. A laboring person needs support, 1cm or 5cm. Not a Q of “enough”. Delivery suite is being used as a golden ticket. And if they are all occupied?#whoseneedsarebeingmet
Sixty acres of ancient native Irish woodland. About to be sold to a private, reportedly overseas, investor. Despite the very strong opposition of the local community and the very obvious ecological and environmental concerns is looks like the sale may be pushed through this week.
@ReformMaternity
Truly delighted to have received 1st vaccine this wk at 35 wks pregnant.Thanks to my GP for arranging it. It was VERY difficult to get info on how to obtain a vaccine. Advice from mat hospital was to wait for my age cohort. @AIMSIreland@HSELive @DonnellyStephen
@wexfordcoco Shocking neglect of Courtown public realm on a summer Sunday. All litter bins full to overflowing, litter strewn around, seating benches falling apart and paths overgrown with weeds. What hope does the town have if the council show such disinterest?
