K2 Space is proud to announce that we are partnering with @anduriltech on the Pentagon’s Golden Dome missile defense program. K2 will be providing our proven Mega-class satellites to host Space Based Interceptors.
Our satellites are bigger and more powerful than anything on orbit, and we’re thrilled to be selected for Golden Dome to demonstrate what these high power, high payload mass satellites can bring to the warfighter.

This partnership with @SES shows what @K2Space is built for: scalable production, high-power platforms, and faster timelines. Excited to support SES’s next-gen MEO constellation with the first batch of 28 K2 satellites.
I’m excited to share that @K2SpaceCo is on contract to deliver 28 satellites to @SES_Satellites for meoSphere, SES’s next-generation MEO network.
This program reflects a shift we’ve believed in from the beginning: that satellite networks of the future will require significantly more power, flexibility, and scalability than legacy architectures were designed to support.
The initial batch of 28 K2 high-power satellites will effectively double SES’s networks capacity. Over time, we will continue to build on this foundation together, to deliver new levels of performance to MEO and support the growing demands for sovereign, secure, and high-throughput connectivity.
We’re proud to support SES as they push forward a truly multi-orbit, multi-mission network.
Thanks to @adel_al_saleh for helping to share the news!
Three and a half years ago, @neelkunjur and I decided to go from being Brothers, to being Co-Founders. Today, we’re excited to announce that @K2SpaceCo has raised a $250M Series C at a $3B valuation. This round comes on the heels of $500M in signed contracts across commercial and US Government customers.
Our Series C is being led by @Redpoint, with participation from @TRowePrice, Hedosophia, @AltimeterCap, @lightspeedvp, Alpine Space Ventures and many others.
We’re fortunate to be building at a unique time - launch vehicles are getting larger and the frequency of launch is increasing. When it comes to satellites, it’s now possible to Build Bigger, and we intend to be on the vanguard of doing just that.
Building Bigger allows us to deliver a step change in power (20kW today, 100kW tomorrow), reliability, and redundancy. Our satellites are designed to deliver the maximum amount of capability wherever that capability is needed (LEO, MEO, GEO, cislunar space and beyond).
Coming up next - 20kW satellite launch early 2026, three satellites launched early 2027, and many more to come after that as we scale up production in our 180k sq ft factory in Torrance, CA. We’re looking forward to sharing more on our progress over the coming months and years.

Really excited to finally be able to talk about this mission:
- $60M Space Force contract
- Feb 2026 Launch
- First of its kind mission to MEO
- Mission name: Gravitas

Exclusive: @K2SpaceCo raised $50 million in an equity round led by @altcap, as the developer of monster satellites prepares for its first demonstration mission later this year.

Neel and Karan sat down with @breadfrom from @TechCrunch to discuss new contracts, funding and hardware development.
The future platform in space has higher power, can handle higher orbits, and can be delivered rapidly - filling a significant gap in our current industrial base.
A lot of people associate space with their childhood - at @K2SpaceCo we hope to help make those childhood dreams a reality.
We're excited to introduce the next member of our team, Oliver Graff, a Senior Software Engineer who comes to us from @SpaceX.
@Diacritic Dumb question re the doors: why can’t we have some kind of offline system for doors. Your badge has a cert, the reader has a CA cert, and caches a CRL that it updates whenever it is online. Offline bacge auth with access revocation. Drawbacks and vulnerabilities?
@JonKentfield@davidagivens Well now this is showing up in my timeline and I'm fairly sure that they use your 2019 return if you've already filed it, and if your 2019 didn't qualify but your 2020 does you'll get the money next april
@Amtrak I tried to cancel my reservation on 10/10 using the app. When clicking the button on the app I got it wouldn't respond. I tried using the website on my phone and got to a screen where I selected a credit card refund and hit continue. Agent today says I never cxld??!?
@smgstudio when I launch death squared on switch it just sits at a black screen :(. It used to work. I've deleted & redownloaded, full rebooted the switch, and tried a different profile. See video for example. Please help!
