@Venmo @VenmoSupport what’s the age to have an account!? Website says 18 but a customer support agent stated 19! My child’s account who is 18 got account suspended for not being old enough! Uploaded all documents to prove they are 18!

@VenmoSupport My youngest turned 18, we provided everything so he can access his account but was told by Venmo that the new age limit is 19 not 18! So his account got suspended. For one, he wasn’t able to use his teen account; fine.. then he turned 18 and uploaded everything! Come on Venmo
