@greateranglia Feedback - Tottenham Hale to bxb - 1825 was full and standing before arriving tott Hale. Since - 3 empty Stansted express trains stopped - amended stopping should have been introduced to relieve congestion and prevent 45 mins gap for no train to bxb

@CostaCoffee went into Euston road branch this morning and picked bottled water with my latte - the staff told me to put it back as the bottle water wasn’t on the till and not able to sell it. It was boiling hot outside. The wrong concept there?
