@AirCanada and @united something is broken. Flying YYZ to DCA, & AC gate agent says I can’t get on an earlier flight because she can’t see my record. I get sent to 3 UA ticket counters, AC and UA customer service- no one can change it. This should not be that hard.
@Ticketmaster just had the worst seat buying experience ever with you for @dcunited vs @PhilaUnion. How do you never send an email to accept tix bought 3 weeks ago? Stood in the rain for 25 minutes for you all to solve it & am not impressed. Please have a manager reach out ASAP
