@PutneyFleur Hi. This station requires more train services. A London station with such huge developments around it shouldn’t have no trains for over 20 minutes during rush hour. This happens at 08:42 - 9:02 each morning. I’ve raised it to SWR but they just made excuses. Overcrowded trains.

Also, you have now reduced your services on the Wandsworth Town line (summer holidays), but given you were already on the BRINK of functionality, they’re all just now meeting terrible standard you usually operate at. @SW_Help Hi. Why isn’t it automated? Surely you / TFL have all the data required to conclude I didn’t travel? Delayed immovable trains, and a tap in and out during this period. Why do I as the customer have to then spend time claiming it back? It’s 2026 I shouldn’t be filling out a form

@SW_Help hi. Trains from Richmond all screwed. I’ve had to tap in (25 minutes ago) and tap out without travelling. Can you confirm I won’t be charged me for this or do I have to take my own time (already been wasted) to claim this back somehow?

@SW_Help @networkrail 8:46. There are too many - the disruptions are a constant and it needs addressing. Everyone running across bridges to change platforms is not a good way to run a railway.

The trains are overcrowded and late at this station every morning, yet no additional services are ever provided. Full price charged

That’s bad game management under pressure. Take the drop goal on advantage, if you miss very quickly take 3 in order to get the restart with a converted try to win.

Instead they tap and go and waste all the time left. #norvexe

Hi @GWRHelp, I am potentially planning to take my bike from Bristol to London on Monday.

Should all bike slots be booked, is there an alternative? As it’s a BH Monday the trains are busier, and even if I get a booking often you can’t get on anyway due to overcrowding. Pls advise

@SW_Help your services from Wandsworth Town are overcrowded and impossible to get on for 50% of the people waiting, and are not regular enough for each one to not have the same issue. It’s a disgrace you’ve let it happen for so many years and no one gets auto compensation.

@theroyalparks is this what you intend Richmond Park to be? I appreciate elderly, disabled and families need to park, but it shouldn’t be used as a through route. This is the only place to safely cycle in London and it should be much better than this without excluding anyone.

@julianevans11 @RugbyGerrit @bencoles_ Famously all 30 players in front of 80k loud fans have in-ear mic feeds to the referee like we all do at home and in the commentary box. You’re basically saying ‘if you can hear it at home, you must be able to hear it on the pitch!’

We’re talking about players in a loud stadium of 80k fans, to all hear that a penalty advantage has changed to a knock on whilst they play it out??
