1. Work really hard on your interview skills like DSA, low-level design, system design, concurrency, writing code fast under pressure, behavioral and values rounds, and negotiation.
So that you go from 3 LPA to 10 LPA to 25 LPA to 60 LPA to 90 LPA to CPA,
and sweep through junior to senior roles without living at the mercy of your company or manager.
2. Work really hard at your office, develop skills like leadership, communication, ownership, handling corporate situations, building with responsibility, and feel the heat of production.
So that you are actually a senior engineer when you get to become one. So people know you’re reliable enough to work with.
3. Work really hard on your side projects, stay updated with current affairs and developments in tech,
find the right people to work with, build a product, market it, sell it, support it, and get funding.
So that after a few years, you don’t have to work for someone else, impress your boss. So that you don’t have to grow linearly in LPAs, but instead grow exponentially.
And the most important thing is to do all of this simultaneously, daily, and consistently.
Get on it!
Gen Z gets mocked for wanting purpose over a paycheck, yet only 6% of them even consider a leadership title as the goal. They watched a generation burn out and decided it wasn't worth the cost. Choosing meaning over a title is a lesson learned by watching, not a lack of drive.
🇮🇳 India's biggest moment in AI just happened. TCS signed a $1.5 billion deal with Porsche. This is massive.
Here's what happened:
→ TCS is acquiring Porsche's IT consulting arm MHP for $373 million 4,500 employees, €742 million in revenue, 300+ clients
→ On top of that, Porsche signed a 5-year, €1.25 billion deal with TCS to deploy AI across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer experience
→ TCS will build a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche
→ This is TCS's third acquisition in under a year. Total M&A past $1 billion in ten months. AI services revenue already at $1.8 billion annually.
Think about what this means. For decades, Indian IT was the back office maintenance, support, cost arbitrage.
Now a German luxury automaker is handing its entire AI transformation to an Indian company. Not as a vendor. As a strategic partner.
Porsche chose TCS over every global consulting firm to run AI across its factories, engineering, and operations. $1.5 billion worth of trust.
Indian IT isn't the back office anymore. It's the AI engine.
I made a website that plays bangers from indian barbershops
before you became fancy and started visiting salons. you once went to a 'saloon'. ₹20 haircuts. simple hairstyles with music that could fix your soul.
