@kirya_ug Eastern DRC is so far from Kinshasa they even have different time zones, airtransport clients use economic NOT immortional sense. Mbarara is gona be a game changer, training costs for student pilots will checked, travel fares too.

@kirya_ug No one?, how about those that don't need to drive there? It will be a regional connectivity and training hub. South western Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, eastern DRC won't drive to Ebb or Hoima, students won't go to Soroti, Kajansi or Jinja. Wake up
