@Britinfloridaus@Suewilson91@pimlicat@BestForBritain If #Brexit had gone well, people wouldn’t be moaning.
We tried it, it didn’t work; so we need to realign and then rejoin.
I can see that isn’t what you want to hear, but essentially you were lied to; be fed up with those liars not with those of us who have been proved right.
@phughes76340646 The top grifter; ready to sell his voice and time to the highest bidder, whether it’s gold or immigration or Crypto currency.
Have you checked the value of Trump’s cryptocurrency recently?
The UK is a safer place to be than the US. London is safer than any American City. Even knife crime is higher in the US. Our health care costs are much less and we live longer than Americans and have better health.
A group of females went to the Capitol and brought pictures of all the people that have lost their lives by the hands of ICE. They were immediately put in handcuffs and arrested even though they were there being peaceful exercising their second amendment right to free speech.
Since water services were sold off by Thatcher to be run for private profit, the water companies have:
- amassed debts of over £50bn
- paid £78bn to shareholders
- raised CEO pay to £1-3 million a year
- lose 2.87bn litres of water a day through leaky pipes
- polluted EVERY river
Sikorski just walked into the room and calmly listed every time the Russian empire got its teeth kicked in: Crimea, Russo-Japanese, WW1 collapse, Miracle on the Vistula, Afghanistan, and the Cold War. The message was surgical. Moscow does not possess some mystical quality of invincibility. It has a long, documented record of overreaching, bleeding out, and eventually cracking.
What makes this useful is the timing. While certain Western voices still whisper about Russian "strategic depth" and "inevitable victory," the Poles are treating the illusion of Russian inexorability as historical garbage that belongs in the bin. They remember 1920. They remember Katyn. They are not interested in performative nostalgia for a empire that keeps resurrecting itself on other people's graves.
History feels pretty concrete. Right now Moscow is sustaining monthly losses it cannot replace, watching its rear areas burn, and slowly realizing that Ukrainian long-range systems, domestic air defense, and coming Gripens plus FREYA layers are turning the operational map into a shooting gallery. The same state that failed against Japan, against Afghan mujahideen, and against NATO containment is failing against a nation it claimed did not exist.
The useful idiots will scream "escalation" and "negotiate with strength." Translation: give Moscow time to regroup so it can try again in five years against the next neighbor. Sikorski is saying the opposite. Stop feeding the illusion. Russia loses when it is forced to lose. Everything else is just another chapter in the same recurring imperial obituary.
Ukraine is writing the latest one in real time. The only question left is how many more Russian boys have to die before the Kremlin admits the obituary is already written.
@RandPaul Well done for going public on your lack of scientific knowledge, your unwillingness to learn and your spineless subservience to the orange Jabba.
@GBNEWS Delusional.
Reform lost in Mackerfield, was humiliated in Denton and polled half as much as they’d hoped in Greater Manchester mayoral.
Ask him about Desmond.
@biggle1908 Britain was bankrupt when Labour was elected in 45, it was the cost of WW2; they just managed to limp along a bit before it became obvious, as would have been the case if Churchill had won, because he was too exhausted to initiate change.

NEW: here’s *actual* evidence that Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party is accepting foreign donations via PayPal. Dollars, yuan, Swiss francs, roubles..you name it, they’ll take it. Laundered by PayPal into British £. This *cannot* be legal, surely?? Electoral Commission MUST investigate
The Incident: On April 25, 1980, the Trump Organization executed an eviction against Mary Filan, a 74-year-old widow who was partially paralyzed from a recent stroke.
The Location: The eviction occurred at her rent-controlled apartment in Flushing, Queens, where she had lived for over 30 years.
The Dispute: The Trump Organization claimed she owed four months of back rent. However, Filan maintained that her rent was fully paid, stating that her last bill was a minor balance of $10.20, which she had already cleared.
The Aftermath: City marshals and moving crews removed her belongings—including her furniture and jewelry—leaving her sitting on a laundry hamper in the apartment. Due to the trauma and her medical condition, neighbors and city social services arranged for her immediate admission to a local hospital.
Joe Conason for the Village Voice in May 1980 under the headline "Trump Evicts Stroke Victim, 74." The case also received brief coverage in The New York Times. When questioned at the time, a spokesperson for the Trump Organization stated that management handled those issues and that they "don't get involved with individual cases."
SoftBank drops a cool $50 million into Trump’s library fund in January 2026. Then, a mere two months later, his administration greenlights a massive federal land lease for SoftBank’s AI data center in Ohio, conveniently bypassing the usual red tape. If that timing isn't a billboard-sized "thank you" note, what is? Apparently, when Trump talks about draining the swamp, he means paving it for his donors.
This isn't some deep state conspiracy; it’s a receipt. Anyone else's library taking a $50 million gift right before a massive federal land deal would be plastered across every news channel as blatant corruption. But with Trump, it's always just "good business," while the folks screaming about Hunter Biden's laptop ignore the private jet full of cash landing directly in Trump's lap. The double standard practically screams. https://t.co/TwyrjTXbWT
And here's the bit that should make your blood boil, the @EnvAgency were charged with changing all of that 23 years ago and what have they achieved in over 2 decades?
Yep, nothing, in fact less than nothing....
BREAKING: PANIC! Trump SCRAMBLES at the last minute to block court order exposing his tax returns and business documents in BBC lawsuit.
Donald Trump sued the BBC for $10 billion. Now that lawsuit is about to expose exactly what he doesn't want anyone to see, and he's panicking in real time.
A federal judge overseeing the case ordered Trump to hand over tax returns, ownership documents, and financial statements dating back to 2023 for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust — the entity holding roughly 400 of his business entities. Trump had 10 days to comply. He waited nine of them, then asked the BBC for a voluntary extension. When they said no, his lawyers filed an "emergency" motion just one day before the deadline, desperately trying to freeze the order entirely.
Why the sudden panic? Because Trump's OWN lawsuit created this mess. He sued the BBC over a 2024 documentary that edited his January 6th speech, claiming it damaged "the value of his brand, properties, and businesses." That's exactly the language that opened the door to full financial discovery — Judge Enjoliqué Lett ruled the trust's records were directly relevant to assessing those claimed damages.
Now, realizing what he unleashed, Trump's team is scrambling to rewrite the complaint entirely, suddenly claiming he only wants damages for "reputational harm," not financial losses — even though he's still demanding a staggering $10 billion. BBC's attorney has already pointed out the obvious contradiction: Trump built his entire political brand around his supposed business success, so you can't claim reputational damage while hiding the finances that reputation is built on.
Trump's lawyers accused the BBC of having "political motivations" for wanting his financial records public. But Trump is the one who chose to sue. He's the one who claimed financial injury. And now that a judge has simply asked him to prove it, he's desperately trying to change the rules mid-game rather than open the books.
If Trump's emergency motion fails, his trust must hand over the records or face sanctions. Trial is set for February 2027, with the BBC also seeking to depose Trump under oath.
Sometimes the lawsuit really is the trap you build for yourself, and only someone as clueless as Dementia Donnie could not foresee the outcome of his litigation.
Please like and share if you can’t wait to see Trump’s financial details laid out in an open court!
Capital One says it shut down roughly 385 Trump-linked bank accounts after its financial-crimes team flagged them for money-laundering concerns.
That should be a massive story all by itself.
Trump responded by suing the bank and claiming political persecution. And Capital One is not the only bank his businesses are suing over closed accounts.
But now Trump controls the federal agencies that regulate those banks, and his Administration is going after the very banking practices at the center of his private company’s lawsuits.
Think about what is happening here:
Trump’s business runs into serious problems with major banks. Trump becomes President. Suddenly, the federal government starts working to change the rules in ways that could benefit Trump’s business.
The presidency is supposed to serve the American people, not function as the enforcement arm of the Trump Organization.

@Arron_banks They run our insurance policy - the Trident subs.
The RN is to stop the Russians invading, mostly; but as your party has strong links with Russia I guess you’ll be supporting their interests like Mr Gill did.

Strip away the theatre and Reform UK is a billionaire-backed project to dismantle the public realm, shred regulatory protections and hand what remains of state power to capital.
It’s plain to see – just follow the money.
Farage accepted a £5 million “gift” from a Thailand-based crypto billionaire, then went on to champion a light-touch approach to cryptocurrency regulation.
It’s clear we need a stronger firewall around our democracy.
That’s why I’ve backed @stellacreasy's amendment to the Representation of the People Bill to cap political donations at £100,000.
This would be a vital safeguard against billionaire capture of our politics and a important step towards rebuilding trust in our democracy.
WOW! AMERICA DO YOUR JOB: Vote them out. This is why they're terrified of Democrats flipping the House. Rep. Jared Huffman made it clear: America is watching, we demand transparency, and the people are furious.
Trump created Freedom 250—a Delaware shell company inside the National Park Foundation—to hide donors and sell access to the presidency. Congress gave $150 million for America's 250th. The real commission got $25 million while Freedom 250 siphoned over $80 million in taxpayer cash.
Then the quid pro quo. Lockheed Martin, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Mastercard, United Airlines, UnitedHealth, Oracle, and Palantir—all with billions in federal contracts—paid for access. $500K for a Trump photo. $2.5M for a speaking slot.
While they paid, Trump bought their stocks and posted tickers on Truth Social. Palantir jumped 3% in minutes. Up to $24 million in defense stocks while he pushed a $1.5 trillion Pentagon budget. That's insider trading.
Freedom 250 CEO Keith Krach flew to Davos asking foreign governments how to "shape America's birthday." Fundraisers allegedly bait-and-switched donors by giving Freedom 250's banking info to people who thought they were giving to the real commission. That's wire fraud.
And the Trump family? Eric and Don Jr. own up to 75% of World Liberty Financial. They sold 49% to a UAE sheikh for $500 million four days before inauguration—$187 million straight to Trump's pockets. Kushner's fund got $2 billion from the Saudis. All while deregulating crypto from the Oval Office.
This is corruption. This is fraud. This is insider trading. A president who sold America's birthday—and America's honor—for cash.
