How I would build a roofing company to $500,000 / month using an overseas call center..

If you own any type of home services SMB, you're going to want to keep reading.

This is a real-life case study of a center we are building right now for a client.

We've built over 40 centers for different types of SMB owners now, and there is an 8-week blueprint/machine that massively increases revenue meanwhile decreasing overhead.

Start-Up & Set-Up:

Level 1: Lead Generation

Once you have the infrastructure built, you'll first start to use your overseas center for lead generation.

For a home service business, you can fill a pipeline to the brim in 2-3 weeks by using the following process.

Data: Use List Source to find homes that are older than 10 years, and that haven't been sold in the last 10 years.

People: Use a service like https://t.co/yqFfc5QKqq to get phone numbers & email for these people.

Speed: Start dialing (Compliantly), when done right you can make 300-550 dials per day per agent, and each agent should produce 1-3 leads per day.

Level 2: Pipeline & Appointments

Once you have an abundance of lead flow, keep using your overseas center to scale & reduce overhead.

The next thing I do for clients is create an SDR program.

The SDR team will nurture the pipeline, set appointments, and tee up the closers/sales team.

This requires additional training, and we will also send you our SDR process when you comment "Start" Below.

Level 3: Inbound & Scale

Now you have leads, appointments, and a company that's beginning to reach escape velocity.

You now need to hand off your back-office, admin, customer service calls and requests, etc.

You'll hand this all off to your overseas center as well.

This process WORKS, and I've run over 40 clients through it.
