Keynote Address by Dr. Theopista Kabuteni, WHO Rwanda (@WHORwanda ) Representative , brought powerful insights to GWEC 2026.

Speaking on "From Awareness to Action: Strengthening Health Workforce Wellbeing through Global and Local Partnerships," Dr. Kabuteni highlighted the importance of investing in the wellbeing of health workers as a foundation for resilient and effective health systems.

Her keynote underscored the value of collaboration, advocacy, and shared responsibility in advancing this year's theme, "Promoting Wellness Through Awareness, Advocacy, and Local Ownership." Through strong partnerships, we can create healthier workplaces and sustainable wellness outcomes for communities everywhere.
