@ExpressScripts@cigna I will not email any of my personal information to your shady company. You have all my info and refuse to send me my medication that has been approved already. It’s stuck in limbo and someone in benefits needs to push a damn button and it’s been weeks!
@olive_jus We understand that this is a frustrating matter. If you still need us, we are more than happy to help. Please consider sending your member ID, date of birth and phone number where we can best reach you to [email protected].
@espressscripts @cigna I’ve already spoken with your customer service several times and given the brush off to other teams every damn time! Your auto repl is nothing different than the phone tree you all pass around to avoid dealing with your customers. Get it together ffs
@olive_jus Hello Olive,
We're sorry that you had a negative experience. Please feel free to email [email protected] with member ID, telephone number, date of birth and I can have someone reach out. Thank you - Express-Scripts
@Cigna Accredo and @ExpressScripts need to be investigated for their shady business practices. They are HURTING people who desperately need their medications by piling on process problems and middle manager loop de loops. Best health care in the world my ass
Hopefully RFK will investigate these companies-My daughter with a chronic condition needs to take meds everyday but because of screw ups every few months with Express Script & Accredo blaming each other misses 1/2 wks of her meds!
When #accredo specialty pharmacy consistently lies about getting doc approval and does not ship life changing medication , will they pay the hospital bill and lost wages ??? 3 weeks and constant negligence . Rheumatologist sent 2 times and they do nothing!
Don't use @Accredo to get your prescriptions filled through. Been fighting for 3 + weeks for this cancer medication I need and they are giving me the run around. 90% of staff are rude af so I got fed up tonight and transferred it to a more competent company.
❌️ The survey question should ask, "How probable is it that you will continue using Express Scripts/Accredo IF you weren't FORCED to use them as the sole coverage option as they have consistently failed to fulfill medication orders in a timely manner, risking the lives of many?"
We should probably decide if we want Healthcare in the US to be free market or not. Because the middle ground is killing patients.
A patient I know has spent >15 hours on the phone with @Cigna and their specialty pharmacy(Accredo) over the last month for multiple issues not related to patient or physician error. Because of internal Accredo/Express Scripts errors and confusion the patient has had to spend hours correcting misunderstandings and navigating the maze that is Cigna/specialty pharmacy world.
If this was a free market, the patient could "take their business elsewhere" and that would be the recourse. But that can't happen, of course. The payor owns the specialty pharmacy.
If we were "single payor" there would be appropriate oversight, ombudsmen, patient advocates, and external review of the payor to improve patient outcomes.
Instead we have this no-mans-land where the patient legitimately has no recourse.
It would be nice if @DOGE@HHSGov and others looked at this.
Some first blush solutions if folks actually have a "populist" mindset:
- Allow patients to file claims to payors to reimburse their hourly wages lost to navigating the bureaucracy. Use AI to evaluate the conversations to identify where the problem was (patient, doctor, payor) and if on the latter, a payment must be made.
- Break up payors from ownership of pharmacies and specialty pharmacies...this is a no brainer. it would create competition and improve customer service, outcomes, etc. The pricing gains from vertical integration are bullshit peddled to allow these institutions to wreak havoc on american patients.
@paulg Go on boy, join the nazi party, see what it’s like, maybe you can help prevent goebbels from committing all those atrocities. What an asinine recommendation from someone who should be smarter than this

They wanna give Luigi Mangione the death penalty. Thats the only reason they making him face federal charges. They literally wanna kill him for daring to threaten capitalism and corporate greed. They don’t even do this to school shooters.
