@arampell Interested in how you’d align incentives with good outputs in an outcome-based model.
e.g.- if Zendesk is compensated *per closed ticket*, there’s a strong push to close as many tickets as possible regardless of if the issue has been actually resolved.

@martymadrid@connor_beem@cartainc Pretty straightforward to take the same concept and partner with a bank like @mercury to hold funds in escrow - esp since Mercury has sweep accounts that increase FDIC limit to $5m (since this is more of an issue for early rounds the $5m limit should suffice)
