@AndrewDouglasW2 It’s insane what people will do for money.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@HillsRapley I agree. Whatever political party you associate with, there is always undermining going on

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@agr0034 I agree. I think the satire was used to convey a message.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@bethany_hadley1 This is very well said and I completely agree. She spoke very, very well.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@KenzieFox19 I agree. It furthered my education in how oppressed they were.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@KarliHawkins_au That’s a very good point. I wonder the same thing.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@AuburnGirlH1020 Agreed. If a problem should have the possibility to arise, one should be prepared for it.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@DBoydHistory I didn’t either. It’s horrible that people were just stripped from their homes in the middle of the night.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@sarahcbaer That’s a very good point and brings light on the differences and priorities of different cultures.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@Lindsey25722778 Maybe they are, but history is always written by the victors. Just like everything else in this world, I feel like our history lessons are biased.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@BlakeM61189965 I agree. I didn’t know the word went so far back and meant so many things.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@BardellBeau I agree. His speech was very well said and I imagine very encouraging at the time.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@Matthew28949075 This is an interesting way to look at it. It’s a good point because society has become so reliant on machines.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@JuliaFarris9 I agree. It’s painful to hear about.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@AuburnHistory3 I agree. It’s very eye opening about history

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@taylorr_simon I agree. I’m sure there are so many others like Robinson who are unheard of but made a great impact.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@carolhist1020 I agree. I like how he fought for racial equality and spoke out against the injustices of the time.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@GraceSt48986081 I agree. I don’t think socialism is justice, really.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@WalkerHartfiel1 I also agree. The fact that we are still having some of these problems today shows the lack of advancements we have made.

[Olivia @oliviaelmore5]

@AuhistoryChris I agree. I think it’s a very controversial topic.
