@LNER I have a family ticket to travel down to run the marathon (raising money for charity. I have booked a family ticket but unfortunately now my children cannot attend. I have been told that I have to buy new tickets for me and my wife (over £250) as my tickets won't be valid.

@HMRCcustomers Can you not escalate if I provide details? They do not return my calls. As I have previously said, this is causing huge stress on my family and I am getting nothing from HMRC, wherever I turn. It is disgraceful that it can get to this
@HMRCcustomers My tax free and free childcare hours reconfirmation has been rejected and I need to speak to someone to understand what information is required as the messages I have been sent contradict previous messages.i have called back at least 15 times and no one calls back. Please help
@HMRCcustomers It has been well over 3 weeks and the timescale is 48 hours. Please can you offer some kind of help or a route to escalate further? This is causing a great deal of stress to me and my family, never mind financial implications
@HMRCcustomers They advised me to stop calling as it can confuse them! What is the right advise? Are they correct in advising that it is 68 days to get a reply to a complaint?
