URGENT CALL FOR HELP:
I have just read the sad story of this gentleman. His name is Cyril Dibia, and he is currently fighting for his life in the Intensive Care Unit. He needs all our help or he may lose his life. He is only 41years old.
He has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a severe neurological condition affecting his spinal cord, leaving him fully paralyzed from neck down needing oxygen to breathe.
For the past two weeks,
He has been undergoing intensive treatment in the ICU, incurring staggering medical expenses of N250k per day, apart from medication and various tests.
Guillan Barre syndrome is a rare, potentially deadly neurological condition in which the body’s immune system goes rogue and starts to attack the body’s nerves and destroy them. This is what causes paralysis as you need your nerves intact for body movement.
His doctors have said that Cyril urgently requires a procedure called Plasmapheresis to technically treat his blood from the components that are causing him problems and then return it back into his system.
This treatment needs to be administered six times, with each session costing N2m, in addition to other necessary tests. The total cost of treatment amounts to around N14m.
To contribute to his medical expenses, donations can be made to the following bank account:
Name: Cyril Dibia
Account Number: 0008400236
Bank: GT Bank
For further inquiries or to offer support directly, please reach out to his wife on +234 905 9110960.
Please help save Cyril’s life.
Please donate if you can. But if you have nothing to donate for now, please share and retweet if you see this. You never know who may be able to help.
It only takes 2seconds to retweet and share. Please help us save Cyril’s life. This man is only 41years old.
I'm not surprised with how the South West is embracing our drone-spraying solutions at @IAPrecision
SW Farmers are the most hit with labor shortage & they're not folding their arms
I'm not sure we can meet the demand
We need to increase our drone fleets

Man was a former staff member for Ikeja Electric & lost both arms when working on high tension wires, after the operator mistakenly turned on the light.
Needs over 82M for prosthetic arms. Very sad video & what's funny is that they totally abandoned him after such a work hazard. No compensation at all.
A QUICK MEDICAL EXPLANATION:
(If you travel on planes, go swimming or you are also affected by what mr macaroni wrote, pls come close and read this lifesaving message).
What Mr Macaroni is describing here is medically called “barotrauma”. This is also called “airplane ear”.
Barotrauma is a medical term that refers to injuries of the ear and ear pain that a person may suffer due to sudden changes in air pressure when they are on an airplane, (or sudden changes in water pressure if the person goes scuba diving or deep water swimming in sea or swimming pools).
Common symptoms of ear barotrauma are: Ear Pain,
Difficulty hearing;
Feeling nauseous or vomiting;
Ears feeling full, blocked and stuffy,
A need to yawn and “pop" your ears;
In severe ear barotrauma, you may:
Have total hearing loss;
Feel the room is spinning;
Feel very dizzy and lightheaded,
Have bleeding or clear fluid coming from the ear, which can mean you now have a ruptured eardrum.
How does ear barotrauma happen?
Without complicating it, barotrauma happens due to sudden changes in pressure around a person when the airplane is about to take off or land.
The ear is a hollow organ that has gas within some of its tubes that helps to maintain the pressure within the ear, and ensure the eardrum is functioning well for you to hear properly. Now when the air pressure around you changes suddenly, this causes the gas in the ear to occupy more space and cause a feeling of blockage/pain in the ear. This is basic physics/chemistry. It’s called Boyle’s law.
The law simply says gas inside a hollow chamber takes up less space when outside pressure is high and the gas takes up more space when outside pressure drops like when you are on a plane. I hope this is a little clear.
What can you do to treat barotrauma?
Whenever you are about to go on an airplane or deep swimming;
Chew a gum;
Wear earplugs;
Try to yawn till ears feel ok;
Suck hard on lollipop/candy/sweet;
If these methods above don't work, use your thumb and two fingers to pinch your nostrils closed, close your mouth and then blow out air through your nose while keeping your nostrils closed. This will pop open your ears and that ear blockage feeling should go away.
(Don't blow too hard, and stop as soon as one ear pops. If you blow your nose too hard, you can tear your eardrums, which can cause hearing loss, so please do this carefully.)
In conclusion:
Barotrauma is mostly not a dangerous or lasting problem. It tends to go away on its own within a short time.
However if you get ear bleeding, hearing loss, severe ear pain, repeated vomiting, unable to stand or walk, please go straight to your doctor.
I hope this short explanation has helped. Please if you read and learnt something, kindly retweet and share so it can help someone else too.
On the 17th of April 2024, I will attempt to break the Guiness World record for the longest Chess marathon in the heart of Times Square New York City for 58 hours without losing a game.
Doing this for the dreams of millions of children across Africa without access to education.
The reason I run home after work is because of the big buttocks.
My wife loves to dangle it around my eye view.
The interesting thing about it is that, it has gotten more bigger after having 3 kids.
You and I know it’s all adipose tissue but the softness is next level.
A good woman with an amazing career and big buttocks is like taking a shower with non-stop dollar bills.
