Every state has unclaimed laws that all gift card issuers have to follow. It’s not “Zara’s fault” it’s the law. Eventually the funds get sent to the state when not claimed in time. Again, not Zara’s decision. I highly recommend reading up on it. Useful info. Applies to bank accts and all sorts of things
@Grimezsz@Grimezsz ✨I have a better idea hire somebody to follow her around and document her life/drama/ performance art, and then monetize it. Share it with the world
@CoachDanGo The golden years . On average Usually lasts 7 years. Then the great grandparents go followed by grandparents and so on. No one warns ya how short and brief that time is
Muscle weighs more than fat and when we gain muscle, we also gain water so the number on the scale is not a good way to measure progress imo. Its helpful over longer periods of time but like others have pointed out, take measurements and good photos:)
Also, I used to eat a tub of cottage cheese a day for protein, and I realize that dairy was not compatible with me in that season of life. I’ve gone dairy and gluten-free healed my gut and optimized my thyroid. And i’ve been doing this for a whole year and finally I’m out of place where I’ve replaced a lot of my fat with muscle and I can eat ice cream every day if I wanted to and I can maintain my weight comfortably.
Not sharing that to brag I’m just saying that it’s OK if it takes a while and it’s OK if the number on the scale isn’t changing trust the process and one day you will wake up and go wow!
Also do labs and get any health issues addressed if you find any and optimize sleep
Stop saying 50 is middle aged.
“For US men only 1 out of 16,566 of us make it to 100.
True Male US Average Lifespan = 75.1 years.
Unpopular Conclusions:
When 37 years old, you are middle aged.
For half of us, halfway is less than 37.
Stop delaying… you gon’ die :)”
— @AlexHormozi
Your 40s are not middle-aged. The average life expectancy is 77 years, so middle age is 38.5. If you want to live past 77, you need to prioritize your health now.
One suggestion, Siberian garlic - grow it . Highest Allicin content. I’ve been growing an annual supply of my own for the last 5 years . We eat prob have a head a day:)
This project sounds fascinating, and if I didn’t already have my own garden to tend to, and if I wasn’t so in love with it, I would consider helping.
Leaving this thread with a piece of wisdom find somebody that has expertise in your specific micro climate and environment to help, unless you are doing an indoor garden with artificial lights, etc.For an outdoor garden, much can be learned from people that share the same obstacles as us. Garden growing is like art - you have to learn all the rules and then you have to be flexible enough to start breaking them and experimenting because some of the things that people tell you not to do I do and have amazing results because of my unique micro climate.
Q - what are your thyroid TPO antibodies now? And some woo woo 2 cents: maybe do inventory of emotions/ rule out any negative self talk or thoughts attacking self. (I’m someone that is working on reducing tpo antibodies) but yah - emotions traumas etc and our internal dialogue is connected. High performers struggle with this often. That dialogue can lead to body following the mind and being more likely to attack self .
@Grimezsz@bryan_johnson Brian runs cooler than most people so it’s possible it took him longer & higher temps were required, id like to see this same test with someone with a higher BBT. Maybe a more optimized thyroid, and maybe a comparison of hypo vs hyperthyroid peeps
Agree Also without ice
There are two things that have changed my life, 1. topical bioidentical progesterone cream started right after ovulation til you start your period. (my estrogen dominance symptoms were cut by 50% starting this.)
2. Fiber maxing 40-50 g of fiber daily, while still maintaining 100 to 140 g of protein, specially 1-2 c of beans daily! Along with other food forms of fiber. Diff types of Fiber does different things.
I started fiber maxing right around ovulation and experienced the best three weeks of my life specifically in the luteal phase through my period. No more cramps that make me nearly pass out , no mood issues, great sleep, low stress I mean, I didn’t even realize I was in my luteal phase.
I knew that I needed to raise my progesterone, but estrogen being recycled is sometimes part of the problem so making sure to clear that estrogen out and preventing recycling back in did it for me.
I am now going to be a bean loving girl for the rest of my life. And progesterone slathering lol 😂
Oh, and I lost 5 pounds!
This is it.
Everything learned spending millions on longevity.

Hypothesis: CD 38 over expression can be down regulated with apigenin (found in chamomile, parsley etc) hypothetically, calming down HSPs (highly sensitive people.) While also increasing NAD levels…. Here’s why I think this (thread)
