2023-2026: Formal Methods @ Input Output (IOHK)
2019-2023: PhD @ University of Edinburgh
Seizing the means of production (code) with dependent type theory.
🎉Congratulations to @omelkoni who presented Learning Structure-Aware Representations of Dependent Types at the Thirty-Eighth Annual Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS 2024) last week in Vancouver, Canada.
📃This is Input | Output’s first paper on AI and machine learning. It’s an exciting example of how an innovation company can drive change across multiple sectors, and bring a multidimensional approach to improving systems of the world.
A big shout out to @omelkoni and his co-authors Konstantinos Kogkalidis and Jean-Philippe Bernardy.

@HerrDreyer@danghica @johnregehr Another related book I highly recommend is Feyerabend's 'Against Method', although I shouldn't say that out loud as a formal 'methods' researcher :p
One month to go on the submission deadline for #WorkshopFARM2021 - send us fun stuff on the intersection of art and functional programming - be it a paper, a demo, or a performance! https://t.co/AgUfu6RNUO
Come and work with me on cutting-edge functional programming and compilers R&D! I'm looking for a team lead to lead the Plutus team at IOHK - we do a lot of fun stuff, do message me if you are interested or have any questions!
