@SingaporeAir Your customer service agents are clueless. They are not able to figure out how to pull out a passenger's reservation. If the booking ref is incorrect make an effort to check the passenger's name to pull out the reservation. Disappointed.

@SingaporeAir yes. I had the wrong ref#, so was not able to do online checkin and called customer care. My complaint is they didn't even ask for the passengers name to see if the booking is there. I was freaking out she could have tried to get my name and find my booking.

@SingaporeAir Hello. No it was not resolved by the call center staff. The lady I spoke to couldn't find my booking and just gave up and said sorry, can't help, please talk to your travel agent.
