Sometimes finding nothing is still a finding.
Why not design a study on this?

@drkeithsiau @HSEYNSANCARBOZ1 As someone who routinely uses Ankaferd and has published on it, I can say certainty: Ankaferd does NOT stop spurting bleeding! It’s also ineffective in heavy oozing. We use it successfully after controlling the main bleed, for stabilization. It works great on tumor or mucosa 🩸

@hasanerzn @drkeithsiau @stevenbollipo @KMonkemuller Yep, in sigmoid volvulus the colon twists around itself, cutting off blood flow to the twisted part. On endoscopy, this looks like the ‘autumn leaves sign’.
