🚨 Physical Activity and Cancer Mortality in Survivors.
Pooled analysis of 6 cohorts (n=17,141) shows post-diagnosis moderate to vigorous physical activity is associated with lower cancer mortality across several cancers.
Even low activity levels reduced mortality in bladder (HR 0.67), endometrial (HR 0.62), and lung cancer (HR 0.56). Meeting activity guidelines after diagnosis improved outcomes in lung (HR 0.58) and rectal cancer (HR 0.51), even in previously inactive patients.

PD-L1 and TMB remain imperfect predictors of response to ICIs in NSCLC. Emerging biomarkers include genomic alterations (KEAP1, STK11, SMARCA4), tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, metabolic pathways (IDO, adenosine), and blood-based markers such as ctDNA and inflammatory signatures. AI-driven composite models may improve prediction.

• Correct dilution: Nivo 40 mg/40 mL, Ipi 50 mg/50 mL
• Each infusion 30 min
