✅ DP (knapsack 0/1)

- I was writing the base case wrong
- you need to eliminate the option that still has mod val > 0 after the array ends by returning -1e9 or INT_MIN

- rest was easy 2D DP with [pos][target-condition] (here mod)
- recursive code → memoization
