@VacationRenter @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp We had no keys! There was no way to lock our belongings and I’m a single mom with two kids on vacation and couldn’t feel safe by having locked doors. He listed the house as having a keypad! Also there was NO phone service! No Wi-Fi which was also on the listing.
