It can be rebuilt, and probably in any scenario the buildings would still be intact, so it's mainly a matter of zero-based hiring. Fix almost all the university's problems, and hire good people for those jobs.

@endotoxicity @JohnPapola We do want to try to ensure that people learn to read and do basic math. If a kid comes from illiterate parents, he or she still deserves a chance at basic literacy. But full K-12 is a waste of time for most, a delay in getting to university for others.

And they all got along because they're not trying to expand against the others. Islam was not here, but it came recently. Islam strives to dominate, so it must be dominated.

@RyanWeather By my reading geopotential height is a gravity correction, which would depend almost entirely on geological factors like mountains, sea vs. land, and so on. At any altitude of meteorological significance from the surface to 10mb, I can't see how atmosphere would matter much.

Other countries have it much worse, but if we don't settle this Iran will have control of the Strait of Hormuz and can hold the world hostage. When we reopen and especially after we can clear the mines Iran laid, gas will come down.

@RedPillXR @ShannonJoyRadio The Hudson Valley has a very clean water supply, and it is preserved by large lot zoning so that it feeds into NYC water supply. Years ago they did tests of various bottled water, and NY City tap water equaled or beat them.
