@SkyUK can you please explain why you would suggest my profoundly deaf MIL is unable to manage her own account? She in no way needs POA. This is insulting to your deaf customers and the poor management of her requesting changes to her own subscription, needs to be rectified

@ramit love how your show has made me think about how I look at money, I don’t think I even thought to challenge what I ‘knew’. A bit lost on some of the US specific advice (401k etc) any thoughts on where to look in the UK? Book is on order 🤓
@sainsburys please cancel my delivery for tomorrow. I called today and arranged for it to be moved from today to tomorrow. The delivery turned up today (the message clearly wasn’t relayed) and not cancelled, so taken back. This is ridiculous, waste of everyone’s time!
@thetrainline I am to rebuying tickets at a machine, I was unable to collect so have repurchased. There is nobody to assist and the refund option is only booking fee. Who can help?
Nursery fees when I had my 4 year old we’re circa £75 a day. That was nuts in itself. My current local nursery for my youngest - now £95 a day. How is this not being prioritised by @RishiSunak 😳
