So in the end I paid over $300 for telehealth level care, and had to pass through a gauntlet of health care workers asking me to take off my mask to get it.

But at least I didn't catch any bonus illnesses, because I wore a 3M Aura and firmly refused to take it off.

Story time.

I had to go to the urgent care last week.

There were about half a dozen people in the waiting area. Two of them were visibly ill and coughing.

Hand sanitizer stations all over the place. Everyone was aggressively using them.

Nobody else was wearing a mask.

He declined to do a physical exam, said they couldn't do the panel I requested.

That was the reason I was there, instead of doing a telehealth appointment. I had called ahead and asked if they could do it, and been told yes.

He only gave me some advice, and a prescription.
