@skydrama Ive noticed the iPhone gang are of a certain age bracket. I believe you're correct that the fad will fade with age, however their are many young chasers doing things correct, and they will remain and be respected. I'm 44 and been spotting for 25 years. It's a wild scene now.
@aaronjayjack Well said. I don't consider myself a chaser. That's title is for the pros and the dedicated. I'm a spotter. I'm out there to paint a picture of what I'm seeing and get that info out to the pros to help make decisions. I'm out there for every event, marg to high doing my part.
Jeez..thats a crazy velocity image! Is that mess from strong inflow or convergence ot just some false artifacts/aliasing? Their reporting #tornado on the ground N of #fortbranch#INwx@NWStornado
@ABC Come on @abc. Change this graphic NOW! Who approved this? That so unprofessional and shameful to use a major hurricane photo for a weak tropical storm. This is a reason you lose viewers and people like myself will not return.
@tornadopaigeyy@ReedTimmerUSA My pops version was "red sky at night, sailors delight, red sky in morning, sailors take warning"... yall stay safe tomorrow!
@spann This DISCLAIMER should be at the top of every forecast...everywhere! Once again @spann you are spot on, unlike the science of forecasting! Godspeed and thank you.
@nilwxreports I didn't think anyone was debating this? Lol. I'm known that is IL tor alley my whole life. And as a michigander, it's one of my top 3 areas to spot.
