We spend probably thousands with you annually and have been loyal customers for 25 years. That ends today unless this is resolved. The rudeness and “computer says no” attitude from your agents is inexcusable.
@BootsHelp We received an incomplete order. Refund claim was closed, no explanation, £100 out of pocket. Customer service refused to help and accused my wife of lying and fraud with racist undertones. I need to know how to write a formal letter of complaint and get redress.

@ao the “add to basket” button on your product pages don’t work on iOS. At least for me. To add to basket I have to use the search listing. I tried to tell you but you have no way to do so other than to call which I won’t. Chatbot worse than useless.
I deleted the now-disabled Tweetbot app from my phone - an app I’d used many times a day for years - and I have no desire to replace it with the default Twitter app, which is worse. Follow me on Mastodon instead if you wish.
@Aeroid I’m not complaining. I’m making a prediction about how less technical users will react to the first screen of an app being a bewildering choice they can’t understand. I am doing so because I hope it might get improved so mastodon succeeds.
I tried to open Mastodon after creating a (second?) account last week but it asked me to log in again (?) and I can’t remember which server I arbitrarily picked and now I can’t even do a p/w reset. The federated concept is too confusing for this to work at scale.
When someone comes to my door to say “trick or treat” I’ve always understood it as blackmail: give me a treat or I’ll play a trick on you. But someone at my door now is insisting it’s me who is meant to either give them a treat or play a trick and now my confidence is shaken.
@davisagli@jonstahl A product that requires you to read a background article to understand how it works is not going to reach Twitter like critical mass…
