What if your Mac could read your mind?
Here’s an early live demo of Marina: personal, proactive intelligence for macOS.
There’s no prompting. No chat box. It just understands what you’re working on, and helps you do it faster.
Details + beta invites below.
If you enjoyed the TerraBit app (1), then you'll enjoy knowing that I'm open sourcing it! (2) Feel free to contribute, optimize or build on top of it!
If you like the aesthetic of the app, I've also created a `geospatial-frontend` SKILL.md by scraping my convos with Claude! You can install it from the geospatial-skills repo! (3)

@hellokillian Oh…nice!!! When it comes to local models, are any particular models better with this? Wondering if for effective local use with Ollama I need a large model that my laptop can’t handle. Thanks!
I reverse-engineered Claude Code's binary.
Found a flag they hid from --help.
--sdk-url
Enable it and the terminal disappears. The CLI becomes a WebSocket client.
We built a server to catch the connection. Added a React UI on top.
Now I run Claude Code from my browser. From my phone. From anywhere.
Same $200/month subscription. Zero extra API costs.

I alway try to pay attention to the crazy-smart insights @GeoffreyHuntley shares, but I can't say Ralph really clicked for me this summer. Now, all of the recent hubbub it's been hard to ignore.
@ryancarson and @mattpocockuk overviews helped a lot – right up until Geoff came in and said "this isn't it…". Well shit, what is it then?
What is the optimal way to Ralph?
Many folks seem to be getting good results with various shapes - but I wanted to read the tea leaves as closely as possible from the person who not only captured this approach but also has had the most ass-time in the seat putting it through its paces.
So I dug in to really RTFM on recent videos (thx @dexhorthy) and Geoff's original post to try and untangle for myself what works best.
Here's the result - a (likely OCD-inspired) Ralph Playbook that organizes the miscellaneous details for putting this into practice w/o hopefully neutering it in the process.
Simple, effective ideas are surprisingly hard to not muck up with good intentions - hopefully I didn't do the same here.
If you find this useful, I'd love to know.
And Geoff - if you happen to check this out - I'd extra love to know if you think the details here are on mark or not.
@googleaidevs Re one of the projects on your list, PrivNurseAI: the repository documentation claims the code performs “Complete de-identification following Safe Harbor guidelines,” but the actual code contradicts this claim. Not OK to promote false claims. Unless I’m missing sth of course.
@v_computer I tried the app some time back. Being able to create all assets in the same place is very useful. I really liked the experience. Looking forward to building more!
