I’d like AI to do the laundry and clean my house and mow my lawn so I have more time to write and learn to paint, not the other way around where AI writes and generates images so I have more time to do house chores 🤣
Another massive anti-Trump No Kings Day protest. This one is in Greenville, South Carolina — a state that voted for Trump. People as far as you can see.
America is speaking loud and clear against Donald Trump! #NoKingsProtest#NoKingsDay
@moniza_hossain I’m not going to claim I know exactly how these things work, but I suspect those recommendations on Amazon etc are AI driven too, unfortunately. We’re entering a world where AI will be everywhere, whether we like it or not 😔
Your job will be taken by AI. Embrace it as a society. Get prepared. Get excited. Start thinking ahead.
Farm workers will lose their jobs.
Coal miners will lose their jobs.
Plumbers will lose their jobs.
Construction workers will lose their jobs.
Journalists will lose their jobs.
Police officers will lose their jobs.
All of our jobs will be replaced by machines that can do a better job than us.
If we prepare as a society, this will need a great thing. The first step is to acknowledge that it will happen.
@BlogSpells Yeah I get that. I loved it too & I think I took it too seriously as a child (& my parents went out of their way to make me believe) so when I learned it wasn’t real I felt cheated & didn’t understand why everyone had been lying. I guess it comes down to our individual experience
Not the weirdest, but a weird thing, to me: the collective lie to children about Santa/Father Christmas. Why can’t it just be a fun story and an imaginary character that we all love like Spider Man etc?
Condemning the actions of the Netanyahu Government is not anti-Semitic.
Those on rallies up and down the country aren't pro-Arab, or simply pro-Palestinian, but pro-humanity.
When tens of thousands of children are being slaughtered, how can you justify silence and inaction?
“[…] if we are ordered to fight [in WW3], let’s be honest, that’s what most of us will do.”
I won’t.
We have a moral obligation to exercise conscientious objection. If this extreme comes to pass, civil disobedience is the only way forward.
