ONE YEAR OF THE DAILY PROGRAM
⎯ Artist recap: @originverse
In the past year, Fellowship’s Daily Program has become a vital space for AI-driven artistry in the NFT world. With 137 artists and 3,142 works, the program is bringing together diverse voices to push the possibilities of AI-generated art. Among these artists, @originverse, an LA-based multidisciplinary creator and founding member of the cinematic rock group This Will Destroy You, has introduced a distinctive fusion of music and visuals since joining in September last year.
Christopher’s work draws from his extensive experience in sound design and visual storytelling, with compositions that have reached venues as varied as Michelin-starred restaurants, the Olympics, and Pentagon briefings. His pieces often explore the complex relationship between human experience and data commodification, transforming human behaviors into digital “prediction products” within imagined marketplaces.
Through AI-generated video, drones, and original music composed in Ableton Live, Christopher’s work goes beyond mere visuals, inviting viewers to consider the deeper implications of technology’s role in our lives. Pieces like Hyper-Fulfillment Containment Center and When they do it to me they do it to you explore themes of digital consciousness and behavioral data, evoking a world where AI navigates and anticipates human experience.
Here are some of his standout pieces:
