Customers have a choice:

• Patients are sick, they don't have a choice.

Customers are buying goods or services to fulfil their needs/wants;

• Patients are looking for a shelter (hospes) to heal from ill health, morbidity or infirmity.

As we unveil the mausoleum of Baba Raila Odinga, I give him his flowers that I always gave him when he was alive! Baba was & still the only politician in Kenya’s history that never kept a list of his enemies! He held no grudges. He was above tribe, religion, gender & race. He was a man ahead of his time. Baba was the President Kenya needed but never had. I am truly Humbled to say we were friends & I stood in his corner from 2005 until his demise. I stood up to be counted amongst his supporters to the chagrin of my people. Baba taught us that we must stand by our principles & beliefs even if we lose the world! May Baba continue resting in peace. May his memory forever be in our hearts.
