@stubhub seriously. Bought prime tickets for tonight’s Tyler the creator show 6 mo’s ago (Xmas gift for my son) to be told this evening that my tickets were given to someone else “by mistake”- my two options weee to not go or to view the show from the rafters… no apologies
@Delta 83 minute wait via text, over 10 hours via phone … only to deal with an issue that should’ve been resolved a week ago after spending an hour on@hold. Very very disappointing
@comcastcares outages in Redmond, WA. Told they’d be resolved by 11:49 am, it’s now 1:44pm, nothing is fixed, and can only reach an auto-bot stating that foxes will be done ASAP. More info please!
