A few years ago I took over the running of a holding of companies: finance, accounting, legal, operations. I've been running it with AI agents ever since.

Today I'm starting to write about what I've actually learned.

@Qantas call centre agent incorrectly ticketed our booking. I spent 3 hours on call with the call centre and the agent was not able to fix the problem. We are supposed to fly tomorrow on our honeymoon and have no ticket for our booking. Please help! We're devastated!
