There’s 14 groups that work side by side with us to provide the best care for patients.
Very interesting report on @BBCTheOneShow on the Frailty & Reablement Wards model in Liverpool reducing waiting times in A&E & supporting patients in the community. Fantastic intergrated approach from Therapies, Medics, Nursing and Social Services. Definitely worth a watch!

People who have had a stroke should be offered additional rehabilitation, according to updated guidance from NICE.
New evidence suggests that a minimum of 3 hours of rehabilitation per day over 5 days should be provided.
