One month ago today, a child died while @OttawaParamedic had no ambulances available. Off-duty and reassigned paramedic staff eventually formed a team to treat her and transport her to hospital where she was declared dead.

@MakingRounds No, they can't. The acting chief handled the media inquiry for this incident only after the public and media became aware through this Twitter account. Level Zero has come to public attention largely due to whistleblowers on social media.
