In honor of National Hugging Day, I'll be going live with Jasmine of @TangeWellness to talk about hugs- the best ones, how to ask for one, how to refuse one, etc. Go to the Tange Wellness page to watch, ask questions, and share your favorite types of hugs.#nationalhuggingday
I was so nervous about switching to an online platform for last year's Cuddle Up Day Event. Thanks to some incredible guest facilitators, it exceeded all of my expectations!

@sassmouthinTx@jmariebrooklyn@HelenStickler There are a lot of great classic tv shows like All In The Family. Also gratefully for the wonderfully diverse shows today. Switched At Birth is a wonderful show with many deaf actors and lots of scenes completely in ASL & a racially diverse cast. Also love any @shondarhimes show
I also love this photo of her. What a boss -- yet also so kind. A great way to honor her memory is to donate to an animal rescue #BettyWhite#BettyWhiteRIP
This looks amazing! Thanks for sharing safer options, Jean! If you're currently someplace warm, please get some park cuddles for me. In a few months, I hope to be snuggled up by a campfire.
Cuddle Up Day is right around the corner! On Jan 6th, you can join us for a virtual connection marathon including multiple amazing certified cuddlers and connection specialists.

I couldn't be happier with this @byshondaland article featuring yours truly and @JeanFranzblau of @CuddleSanctuary! Please check out my take on embodied consent and Jean's explanation of the mirror technique. It's all extremely rich and mindful. #cuddleup

@chescaleigh@Delta How is it that airlines can design planes that have enough room for countless carryon bags, but we somehow don't have the space to safely store a couple of wheel chairs onboard? Wtf? Where are your priorities?
@GHMansfield True. And why can't we just put them on the plane to ensure that people are only without them for the duration of the flight? It's not like there are dozens of people using wheelchairs on a typical flight. Store the 1 or 2 chairs in a designated plane area.
