@AWSSupport FYI the issue was with Amazon's console code. A support representative had us revert back to using your classic console which works.

Are you able to provide that feedback to others in the future or put it somewhere in the AWS support resources?

@AWSSupport are there known issues with RDS web console today? Tried multiple browsers and are getting Javascript errors in multiple areas. Trying to restore snapshots just loads a page with a spinner. Trying to modify an instance raises a Javascript error ...

@AWSSupport Thanks but normal operations aren't working for our users (root or IAM) on any browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) from US or AU.

e.g. Trying to change a master password when I click "continue" I get a Javascript error TypeError: Cannot read property 'DBSubnetGroupName' of undefined
