Almost quit making this threejs LED effect...

Spent hours tweaking shapes and offsets, just couldn't seem to get it right

Seeing it actually work is just so rad. It just makes everything jump off the screen ✨

Do you want to see the TSL behind it?

[Rob @rockethandsrob]

@aaronsmith @HSBC Same for me - I’ve had the card about 18 months but will be cancelling it due to this ridiculous annual fee

[Rob @rockethandsrob]

Hi @Qantas - 5 mins before boarding, I was offered compensation by your staff to agree to fly with a broken seat all the way from Perth to London. I've received nothing - now customer care is denying everything. Please address this before I take it further. Complaint ref 11806454

can you please explain why it’s an acceptable risk for celebrities and sports stars to enter Australia when your own citizens and our parents are deemed an unacceptable risk?

My local Morrison’s is selling actual sacks of wet eggs. This is the most wretched and cursed item I have ever witnessed

“Trillions of dollars depend on a rickety cobweb of unofficial agreements and “good enough for now” code with comments like “TODO: FIX THIS IT’S A REALLY DANGEROUS HACK BUT I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S WRONG” that were written ten years ago.”

What a beautiful rant https://t.co/UYGLfyNq3I

Which brings us to another point: Apple phones are now faster at dealing with the web than any desktop or laptop computer that Apple sells. Think about that! You have to remember to take care of slow computers (and Androids!), not apple phones, when designing for the web 🤯

[DHH @dhh]

It’s also more than 20% faster than my 10-core iMac Pro! And ditto for the MacBook Pro. The Apple chip team is once again simply trouncing everyone else in the industry. The best Android chip continues to be about 3 years behind Apple on this test. Astounding.

[DHH @dhh]

The iPhone 11 performs as advertised on the Speedometer 2.0 JavaScript test with a score of 150. That’s exactly 20% more than the XS. Matching the iPad Pro. And almost THREE times faster than the latest Snapdragon 855. (Thanks @LaurenGoode for testing ❤️).
